I'm working with multiple firms across the East Coast who have track records of long tenure, positive work culture and Top of the Market Salary Packages.

- Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns; _All of which are looking for their next team mate to build success not only for the firm but for your career.

A few of the businesses do specialise in specific investment styles (for e.g. Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Stockbroking, etc.) however, majority have an holistic approach.

**The Benefits**:
As each firm differs, so do their salaries however, what you can expect is:

- Base Salary of at least $100K - $150k + Super
- This is usually determined on how many years experience you have in the industry_
- Bonus Structures (Quarterly | Half Year | Annually)
- Ranging from 20% - 60% of your Annual Revenue Return from your Book of Clients and KPI's that may be set by the Firm_
- Partnership and Equity Buy
- In Opportunities
- Great Client Support Teams

- Flexible Working Hours
- Being an adviser, you have the freedom of meeting your clients in the office, online or via residential visits_

**About You**:

- Hold a Book of Clients
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Related
- Meet all Qualifications to be an Adviser in Australia
- High Level Relationship Building Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
