Working as an Administrator you will provide high quality People, Performance & Culture services, advice and collaboration to the business. This position has a broad scope to deliver outcomes across People & Performance, Recruitment, Learning & Organisational Development and will be required to pivot between disciplines to support and enhance the administrative workflow between the teams.
**In this role, you will;**
- Monitor a centralised inbox alongside the P&C Generalist/Consultant, promptly responding to or redirecting queries.
- Monitor monthly reporting to ensure compliance with employment checks.
- Process employment checks (i.e. police checks, references, probity) as required.
- Prepare HR correspondence as required by the business (i.e. salary review, team changes and roster changes, etc.).
- Enhance and monitor data integrity for GROW load.
- Assist in regular and ad hoc reporting tasks as required (audits/client requests).
- Maintain records of inductions and other training events.
- Other administrative duties, including updates of templates, archiving employee files and filing hard copy documents.
**About the job;**
- Part-time work, 20-25 hours spread across 4-5 days.
- 12-month contract with possibility of extension.

**What you'll bring;**
- You're a final-year Uni student preferably majoring in Human Resources, or you have relevant qualifications and would like to work part-time.
- Quality Focus - you demonstrate attention to detail and standards of excellence.
- Proactive approach, the ability to use initiative.
- Highly organised and with ability to multi-task often under pressure.
- Experience working in Recruitment, HR, People, or Learning & Development is desirable, as is experience with ATS PageUp.
- The ability to competently use Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Proven ability in handling often highly sensitive and confidential information
- Resilience, adaptability and high level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to problem solve and genuine interests in systems, technology and process improvements
