About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the school special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP) to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.

Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership in the area of special education leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.
