**Role Description/Criteria**

**About the Role**:

- Work one-on-one with a Prep student with extensive learning and developmental needs
- Provide support in both classroom and playground settings
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care and learning
- Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour support plans

**Key Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Experience working with children with additional needs (preferred)
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively as part of a team
- A flexible, proactive approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Relevant LSO qualification or equivalent experience
- Current Working With Children Check
