**Location**: Joondalup, Perth
**Shifts**: Mornings and Afternoons.

**About Us**

**The Role**
We are seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to assist clients in their homes and communities. You will help clients improve their physical and mental well-being, develop life skills, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include personal care, daily activities, medication administration, and positive behaviour support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal Care & Daily Living Support
- Community Participation
- Medication Administration
- Documentation & Incident Reporting
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Collaborating with clients, families, and agencies

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience working
- with mental health,
- disability, and/or elderly clients
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Reliable Vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WA Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Certificate IV in Disability/Mental Health/Aged Care (desirable)

Pay: $31.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
