Podiatry Receptionist in North Eastern Suburbs.

We are looking for someone to be part of our professional, vibrant, busy, independently owned Podiatry practices in Modbury & Walkerville - approx. 8-20 casual hours per week.

North Eastern Podiatry is a leading community provider that focuses on providing premium Podiatry health care across all ages. We treat a diverse age group of clients with a warm, positive and holistic approach to footcare.

This role will suit either an experienced heath care receptionist or someone with similar reception experience who is self motivated and highly organised. A patient-focused individual with great attention to detail, who is keen to be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our consulting clinicians and admin team to deliver outstanding care to our patients.

Attributes Must Include:

- Health Care Receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task across all practice functionalities within a busy environment, including prep, sterilise & prioritise tasks
- Well presented, friendly, with a professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone manner
- Knowledge of HICAPS and Private Health Medical Software Systems is preferred
- ‘Can do’ attitude with ability to follow instruction from superiors
- Provide attention to detail and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Sound IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable, flexible and positive-minded
- Available to prepare and cover a team roster
- Efficient, proactive and productive with ability to work independently and within a team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- On call
- Rotating roster

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
