Seeking a medical receptionist

Causal hourly rate, starting half to one day a week (5-10 hours per week)

In a small, but busy 1-2 consultant dermatology practice

We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow within the practice with increased hours, training, and role as they become available.

**Qualities sought**:
Experience in medical reception and/or Genie solutions

Professional

Good customer service and communication skills

Quality documentation and ability to multi-task

**Key responsibilities**:
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

Scheduling patient appointments

Careful documentation of pathology

Managing patient billing

Additional stocktake and ordering

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
