You will require:

- A high level of initiative and motivation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- To be able to multi-task, prioritise and use common knowledge as required
- Maturity
- Australian residency required

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of phone and appointment book
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Data entering as required

Due to the High Volume of applicants, only those that are successful will receive notification of progressing to the next interview stage.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $24,000.00 per year
