**About the Role**

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities. This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations. You’ll oversee a skilled team on a 7/7 roster and receive a dive allowance of $100 per dive day.

**Location**: Macquarie Harbour - Strahan
**Roster**: 7 days on, 7 days off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead daily diving activities
- Maintain diving equipment
- Ensure safety and efficiency in dive operations

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experience
- Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent)
- Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- A degree in aquaculture or a related field (beneficial but not essential)
