Overview

Based in Port Macquarie, this opportunity is for individuals who are passionate about community support, enjoy guiding and developing others, and want to partner with experienced colleagues and senior leaders. The role is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in Individualised Support and group (predominantly capacity-building). Report to the Regional Manager and work alongside other Team Leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, grow the team, and support portfolio development through strong customer service and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Core and capacity building services, ensuring high-quality, client-focused support
  • Strengthening relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Supporting the strategic development of services, including service growth and business development
About You

This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have leadership experience in an NDIS program (e.g., Support Coordination or Individualised Support) and are looking to expand knowledge across multiple programs. Strong foundations in staff development and customer service, and being a knowledgeable go-to person in the NDIS space are important. Candidates in a 2IC position or those who have acted in a leadership role are encouraged to apply. Please highlight any leadership experience that has prepared you to lead a team and manage NDIS programs.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong knowledge of person-centred care and best practices in supported living
  • A background in team development, supervision, and staff mentoring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children's Check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary package on offer: $73,000 – $77,500 per year + 11.5% Super
