Little Assets is looking for a Passionate and motivated Kindergarten Teacher to join our brand-new state of the art centre located in South Morang. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an engaging and emergent curriculum, documenting children's learning and goals as well as providing positive and stimulating opportunities, interactions and experiences with children, families and the community

As the Early Childhood Teacher you will be responsible for:

- Implement an engaging and inclusive curriculum
- Provide positive learning opportunities for children, families and the community.
- Create a warm, secure and positive learning environment
- Adhere to centre’s policies and procedures as well as funding and regulatory requirements
- Create connections with our local community
- Effective communication with families, educators and management
- Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Building relationships and mentoring educators
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Maintain a positive and professional work ethic
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Understanding of compliance and of National Quality Standards (NQF)

**Qualifications**
- MUST Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood
- Current VIT registration
- Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid
- Current Anaphylaxis

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $52,815.36 - $84,601.29 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Morang, VIC 3752: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
