**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager at Hizart Dental Laboratory located in Sutherland, NSW. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice/lab, managing staff, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries,manging suppliers, measuring metrics, speaking to dentists and clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Ideal Qualifications**
- Experience in medical or dental practice management, staff management, measuring metrics.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in excel and MS office
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
