We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team at Direct Chemist Outlet Caulfield Village **on a Full-Time basis.**

Direct Chemist Outlet is an expanding pharmacy brand, with more than 85 locations across QLD, NSW, SA and Victoria. We are an organisation that understands the importance of its people and are passionate about our business and its bright future

We are focused on providing a high level of professional services and moving the pharmacy industry forward.

**In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting and contributing to a cooperative culture
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Maintain workplace OHS
- Adhere to Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures
- Coordinate catalogue and in store promotions
- Coordinate staff recruitment, training and development
- Assist customers with enquiries
- Maintain stock control and ordering
- Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
- Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis

**Skills and Experience**
- Effective leadership and management experience
- Current retail pharmacy experience is **essential**:

- Strong merchandising skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Skilled computer literacy
- Experience using the POS Works POS system is preferred but not essential
- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
- Strong business acumen and eye for detail
