We have a unique opportunity for a **full-time Retail Operations Manager** to join the Food & Beverage Team. This role oversees all beverage inventory and operational activities for both race day and non-race day events.

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Manage stock purchasing and consumption for all race day and non-race day events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee warehouse and outlet readiness, including stock security and cleanliness.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking.
- Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth service delivery, managing setup, staffing, and vendor communication while maintaining high standards.
- Lead training on inventory and outlet set up/pack down policies and procedures.

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience within the Hospitality or Events industries, specifically in large-scale events retail operations.
- Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
