**The Location**:
Martha Cove is a large diverse Owners Corporation scheme situated on the Mornington Peninsula. Extremely community centric our customers properties range from free standing homes to marina berths and everything in between. Working with a close-knit team dedicated to this site you will assist by providing the best service available for our owners.

**The Role**:
In this diverse role, you will utilise your existing organisational, time management and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to clients, manage a busy switchboard, work as part of a team and manage general administration duties. This is a fantastic chance to join a stable and secure company that values its people above all else Future opportunities for career progression will also be available.- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Answering, screening and directing all incoming telephone calls
- Maintain the visitors log, ensuring that all visitors are signed in and out
- Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Management and booking of boardroom and meeting rooms
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and wet areas
- General admin support for a wider office within a facilities and strata company
- General support to the administration and management teams
- Data entry & other ad-hoc duties

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Reception, Administration and/or Customer Service
- Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Computer literate: Microsoft suite and MYOB a bonus
- Ability to receive instructions and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sound time management and deadline focused
- A positive, can-do attitude
- You will be the first point of contact for clients, so first impressions count
