**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Policy Coordinator within the Finance Division.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
Provide leadership in the management, implementation and evaluation of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Policy Framework and system within NALHN by:
- Leading the development, implementation and evaluation of a contemporary policy management system that supports operational and strategic objectives of the NALHN;
- Providing oversight for the policy management system;
- Developing, implementing, teaching and evaluation education and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure an understanding and knowledge of policy systems and access in the NALHN;
- Implementing mechanisms to ensure NALHN meets the requirement of the National Safety & Quality Standards for Health Services and relevant other accreditation standards related to management of policy systems;
- Developing, analysing and reporting on audits of the effectiveness of the policy management system and coordinating the implementation of consequential action plans; and
- Initiating and leading the management of high level complex projects using quality project methodologies for specific policy reform strategies.
