**About the role at Jaywing**

Jaywing is seeking the next generation of digital marketers, joining as digital marketing juniors or interns, to embark on a career shaping journey with our award-winning agency.

With a wide core services offering, including PPC, SEO, Display, Video, CRO and Data/Analytics, there will be opportunities to specialise in a particular channel where we feel you’re best suited, whilst constantly broadening your experience to services, industries and clients.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Marketing analytics and reporting - Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion

**Strengths**
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
