**The Role**

We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a motivated Post Placement Support Officer to join us at our office in the North Sydney region. Post Placement Support (PPS) provides assistance to working clients through regular contact either face to face, over the phone, or online. PPS Consultants will assist clients to remain in employment, find other suitable work or return to their Employment Consultant if the client’s employment end.

You will require your own motor vehicle, valid comprehensive car insurance and a driver's license (minimum P2) as there will be travel required for this role.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding performance targets (KPIs)
- Well-developed administration skills and computer-literacy - CRM/database and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated inter-personal, stakeholder management and communication skills

- Valid Driver's Licence (minimum P2)

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Working knowledge of The Federal Government Employment Services and associated programs
- Exposure to any of the following; DES/JSA/JA services or Case Management
- Awareness of vocational/non-vocational barriers to employment-associated programs to address barriers
- Knowledge of the local Labour Market and job opportunities
