Forklift Service Technician - Permanent Full-time Position - Open to Junior Mechanics

Hays has partnered with a well-known household name and International vehicle brand. A position has arisen to join their mechanic team, as a Forklift Service Technician working on mobile plant.

**Your new role**

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible as a Forklift Service Technician for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance, repairs and modifications at the Customer’s site and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and within the Company’s guidelines and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
***
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
- Maintaining professional level of customer service with all clients and customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components.

**Experience with To succeed***
- Current Driver's licence.
- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
- Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.
