**About the Role**:
Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) are currently seeking Field Service Technicians to support our Sydney Branch. In this role you will carry out breakdown / repairs / routine maintenance on all types of material handling equipment within your designated area.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Current Driver's licence.
- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
- Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate would be an advantage but not essential.

**Can Demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry - desirable.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Well-developed mechanical aptitude.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in training programs to increase your product knowledge and understanding of procedures, safe work practices, statutory responsibilities and licensing requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
