The Claims Strategy and Governance team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction and governance of Comcare’s claims management group by delivering high-quality service and support. The team works collaboratively across business areas to deliver a positive impact for the scheme.
The Content Writer works collaboratively as part of a high performing team to ensure claims management guidance is easy to read and understood by all internal stakeholders.
This position will also develop working relationships across Comcare to review current claims management documentation, policies and procedures and publish reviewed information. This will be achieved through working with internal stakeholders to find solutions, writing in plain English and simplifying sometimes complex technical and legal information.
As part of a multi-disciplinary, agile, diverse team, this role will also be required to assist with other projects and pieces of work within the Claims Strategy and Governance Team, the Claims Management Group and Comcare.
