An exciting opportunity to be responsible for partnering with areas of RAA’s business to ensure compliance with member Policies, Procedures and Frameworks, together with providing consultancy, advice, and support. In addition, you will:

- Create and maintain as-is process maps and develop to-be processes to assist with change analysis and training as required.
- Assist in the collation and provision of data for reporting activities as required.
- Regularly review and analyse insights relating to policies, procedures and frameworks to identify systemic issues, trends, training requirements and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular quality assurance activities and process reviews to monitor compliance.

**About you**

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- Business Improvement/Project Management qualification desirable (Six Sigma, etc.).
- Previous involvement with, or processes impacting, customers experiencing Vulnerabilities or Financial Hardship desirable.
- Multi-level stakeholder engagement experience mandatory.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from member data and implement data-driven solutions.
- Advanced use and understanding of Excel and the ability to translate data into storytelling.
