Creative Designer

**About The Role**:

Join our creative team here at unikrn now to support our marketing, advertising and branding initiatives with your high-quality assets, used for both digital and traditional media.

In this role, you’ll get to use your creativity to develop and implement state-of-the-art design concepts. You’ll not only get to collaborate and mentor other designers in the team but will work very cross-functionally within a global marketing design team.

As part of your day to day, you’ll oversee the multi project production process, ensuring designs meet industry standards as well as legal requirements within betting and gaming regulations. You’ll present your design concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners, getting direct feedback.

Lastly, you’ll support with developing and expanding our brand guidelines, making unikrn truly stand out from our competition.

**What you will be doing**
- Visual Asset Creation_
- Ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and brand voice.
- Ensure all design projects meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement_
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Communication and Collaboration_
- Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative projects on time and align with business objectives.
- Work alongside and provide guidance to other designers.
- Innovation and Learning_
- Continuously research and explore emerging design trends and technologies to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Creatively challenge the brief and push the brand.
- Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement_
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts and creative ideas that effectively communicate marketing messages.
- Present design concepts and ideas to senior management and key stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or related field
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, with a focus on visual design
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and feedback to team members and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design aesthetics
- Experience in moodboarding and storyboarding
