About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graduate Creative Designer who's bursting with ideas, obsessed with design details, and eager to roll up their sleeves. You'll work across branding, digital, and content, helping bring concepts to life that inspire, engage, and leave a mark. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic in-house agency environment. Working closely with a senior designer and marketers, you will contribute to a wide variety of creative projects while developing your skills in animation, design, and content production.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content including graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Support the design team across brand, digital, and campaign projects.
• Apply strong visual communication skills to bring creative concepts to life.
• Directly report to the Senior designer and collaborate with marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Gain direct experience with the unique demands of an in-house marketing department.
• Manage your own equipment to deliver work efficiently and professionally.
• Support on video & podcast production.

About You

We are looking for someone with creative drive and a passion for design. You'll be eager to learn, curious, and motivated to grow your career within the creative industry.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Intermediate skills in editing and animation, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage projects with initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Personal equipment/device capable of video animation and editing.
• Enthusiasm for building design expertise and contributing to a fast-paced creative team.
