Administrative Assistant for Allied Health Practices

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, client communications, and data entry.
- Utilise practice management systems, including Halaxy, Zanda (previously Powerdiary), Medical Objects, NovoPsych, Stripe, and Google Workspace.
- Assist with setting up and optimising Practice Management Software (PMS) tailored to client needs.
- Handle projects such as updating intake forms, fee schedules, and conducting Medicare audits.
- Act as a dedicated contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the allied health sector.
- Proficiency with Halaxy, Powerdiary, Medical Objects, NovoPsych, Stripe, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
