The Insurance Product Manager will provide support and analysis to the Head of Insurance Product to research, evaluate, develop and implement an integrated and market-leading Rest Insurance portfolio.

With a focus towards achieving awareness, product competitiveness and sustainability, and building customer advocacy through the delivery of market-leading insurance solutions for Rest products. This role is responsible for ensuring all insurance collateral, reports, documents and customer interactions adhere to strict product, compliance and customer quality standards.**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the business with regular benchmarking activities to analyse, compare and suggest improvements to deliver initiatives that deliver market-competitive insurance solutions.
- Support the business with regular reporting both internally and externally including Regulators
- Assist the Insurance Product Team including Senior Product Managers with a variety of product-related tasks including but not limited to: Product Development including product design/updates and repricing, annual rerates of corporate plan, corporate quotes and BAU activities
- Support the business with complex product related queries, disputes, and cases for escalation to the insurer
- Assist the Super Product Team with product-related tasks including but not limited to: review of PDS including Insurance Guide, other product-related collateral, Year End reporting, Annual Statements, product and market analysis (including insurance)
- Engage in the delivery of specific projects to deliver insurance and customer solution enhancements, including the involvement on special projects
- Support with the management, delivery and prioritisation of all insurance related projects to ensure project deliverables are achieved in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner; including but not limited to new or modified products, services, technology and new business opportunities
- Assist in the development and planning of product and service training for internal and external service providers
- Maintenance of due diligence files for compliance audit purposes and record keeping

**About You**:

- RG146 in Superannuation desirable
- Previous experience with a super fund or insurer and experience in an insurance product capacity with a solid understanding of products and claims experience
- Proven experience in delivery of product changes
- Understanding of superannuation practices and legislation
- Proactive relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, negotiation and influencing skills
