Play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a Product Information Management product for a fast-paced highly reputable retailer. Your role as a Business Process Analyst will support the delivery of process solutions to our client's supply chain, digital teams and external stakeholders.

Based in Melbourne, with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit a highly talented, organised and curious Business Process Analyst professional looking to make a real impact on the journey into the Omni Channel space. Ad-hoc travel to merchandise facilities will also be required to observe practices on site in NSW.

**About the role**
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, map and document current state processes
- Influence PIM product deliverables based on an understanding of current and future processes or systems
- Map and document future processes based on optimal outcomes for the PIM process and other business objectives
- Support the definition, scoping and prioritisations of products within the PIM project
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in the product backlog to help communicate requirements to development teams
- Support the business and stakeholder transition to the new product including business testing, product demonstrations and development of training material

**About you**
- Proven experience in business writing and process mapping using ProMapp, or similar software
- A sound understanding of Agile methodologies and workflow management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence internal/external stakeholders
- Nice to have? Qualifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar, previous experience within supply chain, manufacturing or product management
