**Support Worker - Casual (NDIS)**

**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Support Workers** to join our team in the Newcastle region. This casual role involves working closely with NDIS participants to provide personalised care, assist with daily activities, and support engagement in the community. You will be matched with participants based on compatibility, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
- Support participants with community outings, appointments, and social activities
- Promote independence and empower participants to build life skills
- Monitor wellbeing and communicate changes to the coordination team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability or aged care support (NDIS experience preferred)
- Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, respectful approach

**What We Offer**
