**Your Mission**:

- Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and excited to join our movement.
- Follow up on leads through inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through their journey with precision and care.
- Craft and send personalised quotes using our intuitive booking system, aligning with each customer’s unique needs.
- Schedule or reschedule cleaning jobs for our team of eco-warriors, making sure every job runs like clockwork.
- Keep detailed records and manage booking calendars efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

- A proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
- An excellent communicator who naturally goes above and beyond to delight customers.
- A proactive, positive mindset with a knack for organisation and multitasking.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to be part of a movement that challenges the status quo.
- The ability to work independently as a subcontractor, managing your own responsibilities with confidence.
- An ABN is a must, along with a reliable laptop or computer (we’ll provide the phone).
