**About the Role**:
We are seeking **Disability Support Workers** to provide person-centred care to our clients in their homes and communities. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, social participation, and achieving their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Supporting clients in accessing the community and engaging in social activities
- Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
- Implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the Good Grace team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of care

**About You**

You are a compassionate and reliable individual with a commitment to empowering others. You have:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (or relevant experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- A valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
