What You Will Accomplish Here
Our customers are manufacturers, regulators and operators within the Gambling industry. This is both an operations and client service-focused position for someone who will not only foster and maintain business relationships with clients, but who will also have on opportunity to oversee and cultivate our office culture for the Australia and Macau offices by supporting our employees who ultimately provide sustainable value.
This position will effectively oversee our offices and support our clients by focusing on the following:
- Overseeing business operations to win and grow business by achieving financial goals and objectives.
- Identifying strategic technical and regulatory opportunities.
- Overall management of clients for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Setting clear goals for direct reports by communicating job expectations, appraising work performance, and providing regular feedback.
- Developing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.

**Education, Experience and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a related position is required.
- A minimum of 3 (three) years of experience supervising, overseeing or directly managing a team of employees is required.
- Must have experience creating and delivering convincing presentations to senior-level clients.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
- Must be comfortable with translating business challenges into solutions.
- This position may work remotely but must be willing to travel 30%, including occasionally on short notice.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek
