About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager at Clarendon Grange, you will be the front face of the Home, meeting and greeting visitors and attending to enquiries over the phone. In addition to reception duties, you will be responsible for all rostering and recruitment at the Home.
This is a fast paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional organisational and relationship skills. You will need to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive on problem solving. You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, as a key part of this role involves people management.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Key Duties
- Develop and manage rosters
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Processing time sheets and pay queries
- Answer phones and direct enquiries to relevant staff
- Staff training and education
- Terminations

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or other related field (desirable)
- Rostering experience in aged care (desirable)
- Experience in aged care administration
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
