**Based at Knoxfield**:

**The Role**

To provide integral hands-on support for delivery of day to day AP operations. Ensuring that AP processes are consistent with company standards, policy, procedure and legislative requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing system matching of invoices to purchase orders and proof of delivery documents
- Assisting with Supplier Statement reconciliations where necessary
- Assist team in daily functions to ensure timelines and payment schedules are met
- Investigates and resolves accounts payable enquiries & maintain compliance across all processing functions
- Manage relationship with trade creditors, branches & stakeholders
- Monthly reports, reconciles supplier statements, manage exception reports, and resolves outstanding discrepancies
- Maintain supplier master data
- Assisting, coaching & cross training staff

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of accounts payable practices
- Leadership experience with a hands on approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Results oriented
- Planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Esker is desired but not essential
