Designer

eg+ is looking for a passionate, determined, and creative Designer to join our team.
Your role will be to design from concept to finished art across a range of print and mainly digital based collateral. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team with a great culture who strive to create the best work possible.

**About the role**:
The role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with broad exposure to iconic Australian and International brands. There is scope for career progression within the business. To be successful in the position you will be ambitious, career mind and ideally have experience in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely in a studio environment with the Creative Director, fellow Designers and the Studio Manager
- Develop design solutions across digital and print collateral
- Execute design projects from concept through to execution, making sure they are delivered on time and on brand
- Be able to deliver storyboard concepts
- Create accurate finished art, with a high level of attention to detail
- Work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Manage time and quality of execution across multiple projects
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality of the work

**Skills and Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Design or related field
- Strong abilities with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma
- Finished art experience across print and digital
- Ability to deliver against strict deadlines

**Desirable skills, yet not mandatory**:

- Skills in illustration and/or Motion Graphics

**About you**:

- Highly proficient in all aspects of working within a design studio (technical and conceptual, workflow, organisation and time-management, and design quality focused).
- Creative and think outside the box, whilst being able to work within style guidelines.
- Experienced in working within digital and print design environment.
- Demonstrative history of conducting multiple successful projects at a time, delivering them on time and on budget.
- Flexible and can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently
- Good attention to detail, excellent layout skills, awareness of typography rules, and experience working closely with brand style guidelines
