We're now looking for a commercially savvy and technically proficient **Pre-Sales Solution Architect** -** Integration Services**to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role is pivotal in helping our clients identify and design the right integration solutions to meet their business needs. You'll work closely with sales, delivery teams, and clients to shape integration strategies and architectures that leverage modern cloud technologies.

**What you'll do**
Step into a front-of-room, trusted-advisor role where you turn complex integration needs into clear, compelling architectures and roadmaps. - Engage with prospective clients to understand their integration challenges and business objectives.
- Design and present tailored integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, and AWS.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of integration best practices and reusable assets.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to bid strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in the integration space.

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years of experience delivering integration services in a client-facing capacity, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Deep expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus), MuleSoft, and AWS integration tools (e.g., API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles, including proposal development and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant certifications in Azure, MuleSoft, or AWS.
- Experience with hybrid integration scenarios and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in integration projects.
