As the Procurement Manager, you will work collaboratively with project directors, consultants, project officers and key stakeholders to facilitate the coordination of FF&E design components, laise and negotiate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in regard to specific requirements for the projects and ensure these requirements can be met through the provision of appropriate FF&E and ensure the FF&E components of the project are delivered on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Through providing expertise in the planning, delivery, and commissioning phases of capital health projects this role will lead and support a team to deliver large health infrastructure FF&E on time and within budget to meet the business needs and organisational objectives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in implementing contemporary strategies, particularly in relation to managing FF&E Projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to scope projects, and engage with consultants/contractors and review tenders within time and budget constraints
- High-level conceptual and analytical skills to identify and analyse issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex procurement issues.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, communication, consultation, negotiation and oral and written communications skills, including the ability to lead and influence clients and senior management on complex procurement issues.
- A proven ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a team environment and demonstrated skills in working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and other industry partners to achieve required outcomes.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
