**The role**: Lead the eHealth Secretariat Team and ensure that all in scope Committees/Forums are provided with high quality, consistent secretariat support, and key stakeholders are informed of actions and outcomes in a timely manner.
You will also lead all aspects of the eHealth Secretariat function including setting priorities, managing multiple tasks and risks, achieving results within tight deadlines and coordinating effectively for eHealth governance committees. Undertake key governance projects across the state including the board capability uplift program, annual review of the executive committees and the establishment of new and virtual committees.
Are you right for this role?Reporting to the Director, Digital Policy and Governance, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills which will enable effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels, which will build relationships and help influence and manage staff.
Your attention to detail will ensure delivery of high quality outputs for executive and departmental stakeholders which will include reviewing complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, agenda papers and other correspondences.
