**About the role**
This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours a week at the Nowra Administration Building.

This position is responsible for providing project management and contract administration support in the delivery of a wide range of building infrastructure, services and compliance projects, including coordinating upgrade or renewal works in accordance with delivery programs, from inception to completion.

**Duties**
Reporting directly to the Manager - Building Services, the focus of this position is to:

- Provide effective project management and site representation across a range of projects including direct management of contract works
- Undertake routine monitoring of technical, quality, environment and WHS compliance
- Ensure applicable legislative requirements are fulfilled by contractors undertaking works
- Provide best practice advice and guidance to Building Services department employees

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in the position, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Building or Construction, Project Management, Engineering or related field OR extensive experience in the building and construction industry
- General Construction Induction Card (white card)
- Class C Drivers Licence Demonstrated experience in a range of construction delivery functions
