**The Opportunity**

Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a Marketing Officer for a contract term of 5 Months with a well-established NSW Government department. This role will be based in
**Nowra** with
**flexible working arrangements on offer.**

**Job Specification**

In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Provide a full range of administrative and clerical services and participate in project-based work across the Office.
- Deal with enquiries from members of the public, provide first level assistance and refer more complex enquiries to the appropriate team or external agency.
- Maintain the Objective record management system and create, store and retrieve documents.
- Respond to a range of customer enquiries and determine the most appropriate person or source of information to assist in determining a response.
- Balance the administrative needs of a range of staff and negotiate workable timeframes with the Leader, Client Services.
- Maintain knowledge of frequently changing agency policies, programs and initiatives.

**About You**

To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Strong experience in government administration and clerical services, record keeping, supporting project team and customer enquiries
- Advantage if you have experience in working with council
