- Conducting detailed Routine and Entry/Exit inspections
- Property viewings
- Assisting with maintenance requests

- **Have a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration**:

- Hold a current and valid driving license
- Have strong attention to detail
- Work well in a small office/team environment
- Possess a great sense of humor
- Can work autonomously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
