Are you currently a Supervisor or a plasterer wanting to get off the tools and into a Supervisory role?

CMG PLASTER are looking for a Site Supervisor for work in the Greater Brisbane Area.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Managing teams of Sheeters, Setters, Cornice Hands, and hourly rate employees
- OHS management of company policy and industry standards
- Allocation and inspection of Subcontractors work
- Liaising with builders and clients in regards to scheduling and scope requirements
- Ensuring quality service and resolving issues/problems
- Providing technical support and advice as well as keeping up to date with regulations
- Material take offs
- Site inspections
- Meeting builders and clients to quote jobs
- Delivery of materials
- Assisting with office admin

**Supervisor Requirements**:

- Previous leadership experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy
- Proactive organizational skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- White Card

Salary negotiable and includes bonuses. Ute and phone included in package.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
