**About us**:
**About The Role**:
We are seeking a Baker to join our team who has experience working in a large wholesale or food manufacturing environments. The role is based at our Sunshine West production facility.

**Duties involve**:

- Mixing, cutting and baking
- Bulk production of loaves, rolls, baguettes, croissants etc
- Packing products for deliveries
- Cleaning and general housekeeping
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and HACCP regulations
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic team environment or autonomously based on daily loads
- Lifting up to 20kg
- Be comfortable with fast paced repetitive work

**About You**:
The ideal applicant will:

- Have at least 3 years of baking experience
- Experience with sourdough breads is favourable
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- Hold or will be willing to obtain a National Police Check (valid within 6months)
- Reliable form of transportation (we are not located near public transport)
