We are NSW Commercial Cleaning Based in Northwest Sydney, we have been operating an ever-busy commercial cleaning service since 2017 throughout all of NSW.

We are across 100+ sites and counting 10 new sites each month across Federal & NSW government facilities, business offices, medical centres, schools, gyms, hospitality venues and apartment complexes. We want you to grow with us as we look to continue expanding.

**Key Duties**
- Ensuring quality controls are met by visiting client sites across the Greater Sydney region, troubleshooting where there are quality issues and reporting all incidents.
- Maintaining regular communication and sharing constructive feedback with roving employees and subcontractors.
- Oversee and undertake important periodical cleaning tasks.

Performing cleaning duties is not the responsibility of the Supervisor; however, you will fill in on occasions where there are gaps in staff or subcontractor coverage.

**Skills & Experiences**
- Possess a valid Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Flexible to work after 5:00pm to late on a monthly changing roster
- Two or more years of commercial cleaning experience
- Able to safely operate commercial cleaning materials and machinery (e.g. carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning and scrubbers)
- Problem solving mindset and can do attitude.

**Our Commitment to You**

You will be given a salary of between $70,000 - $80,000 (Depending on experience and skillset) + Superaunation and statutory benefits. We’re going to make every effort to set you up for success. There will be detailed onboarding, you will be digitally equipped to capture data and enter reports, all cleaning materials and machinery will be supplied, and a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of probation. The quality of your work and your goals will help chart your growth with us.
