ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to provide contract supervision for our clients in the Sydney. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will manage resource allocation, quality control, contract optimisation and team performance. This is a field-based role with the head office in Seven Hills, supporting our clients and field staff.
You will juggle your time between being out on site with the team, plumbing work and managing day to day operations.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach, mentor and develop a small team of plumbers
• Hands on plumbing work
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Oversee complex jobs and provide client updates
• Maintain safe working practices across all sites
• Meet monthly site audit targets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Ideally, you have had many years residential maintenance plumbing experience and have been a leading hand and looking to take your next step up into a supervisor position.
• 2+ years supervisor/leading hand experience
• Extensive commercial plumbing experience (highly regarded)
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills
• Current driver's license
• Plumbing license & white card (mandatory)
• Organisation skills and the ability to pivot and prioritise work tasks
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
