Property Operational Technology Cyber Specialist

Supporting the cybersecurity program by leveraging your deep understanding of building systems (BMS, Energy Management, CCTV, Access Control, etc.) and industry-standard protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and others.- Identifying and addressing system vulnerabilities and gaps in OT and IT integration.- Design and implement robust security solutions tailored to Operational Technology environments, including Smart Building systems and IoT devices.- Maintain policies, standards, and procedures to align with industry regulations and Lendlease requirements.- Perform risk assessments and audits of OT systems.- Evaluate and optimize siloed unmanaged networks to improve performance and integrate them into secure and manageable frameworks.- Support security strategies for Integrated Communications Networks (ICN) to enhance reliability and safeguard critical OT systems.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement mitigation strategies for any OT-related security incidents.

About you:
- Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CISM.- Experience working within the Australian regulatory environment, including ASD Essential Eight and Critical Infrastructure guidelines.- Knowledge of emerging IoT and smart building technologies.

Please note this role requires baseline security clearance, which requires you to be an Australian Citizen.
