**Your Role**

This is a
** Specialist, Cyber Operations Governance **role where you will monitor the effectiveness and coverage of security controls and services to identify & coordinate actions to be taken by Security and IT colleagues that ensure the timely resolution of weaknesses and non-compliance with security policies and standards. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. This is an incredible chance to work in the Governance team. Opportunities like this don’t come up often.

**ABOUT YOU **
- You have 3+ years technology management with proven leadership expertise and the ability to implement and operate governance procedures.
- You have proven experience in designing, creating and maintaining Service Now dashboards on Performance Analytics.
- You have cross-cultural skills with strong influencing and negotiation experience.
- You have Cyber Risk Management experience, working knowledge of relevant frameworks such as COBIT, CIS Security Benchmarks & Controls, NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 2700x.
- You’ll collaborate with the key stakeholders to set the direction and tracking of remediation actions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Cyber Security operational procedures and technical services.
- You’ll manage appropriate operational Cyber Security oversight processes for security services delivered to Subsidiaries and key IT Service Providers.
- You’ll develop and design cyber metrics for key functions within the division and provide support in reporting monthly to senior leadership by developing dashboards on Service Now.
- You will manage and operate governance processes and metrics that monitor effectiveness of Cyber Security operational procedures and technical services.
- You’ll escalate observations and systemic issues to the cyber leadership as input into strategic planning processes.
