Our client is an Australian manufacturer of high quality PVC products and componentry used in construction across Australia and New Zealand. They run multiple extrusion and moulding lines from their dedicated state-of-the-art highly automated Melbourne factory. The company is growing quickly and this key leadership role is now available.

Your new role will see you lead a small team to delivery production requirements in a safe and efficient manner. You will be hands-on and willing to lead by example on the factory floor. This is not an office-based role, so you will have to get your hands dirty You will have full responsibility for team hiring and development, production planning, maintenance, and building security.

It's not mandatory, but you will likely have a trade background as well as experience in plastics manufacturing with solid experience leading small teams in a busy factory environment. The company is growing and the factory will grow with it. You will be part of that growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:
