**Production Supervisor Position**

We are searching for a capable and committed individual to join our team as a Factory Supervisor.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of light gauge steel frames, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production of light gauge steel frames, ensuring compliance with production schedules and maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production personnel to optimize workflow and maximize productivity levels.
- Monitor the functionality of equipment and machinery, promptly addressing any maintenance requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge for effective job performance.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to foster a secure working environment.
- Work closely with management to introduce process enhancements and streamline production operations.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of steel frame production processes, preferably with experience using FrameCAD technology.
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in time management, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Dedication to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
