**As the Product Owner you will**:

- Be an **end to end product owner of a squad**, you are responsible for communicating and maintaining the vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations of Financial Crime business outcomes.
- Work with the other members of the squad to **elaborate features and stories, defining acceptance criteria** and definition of done
- Work collaboratively with RTE and the squad to **deliver backlog, and attend all relevant agile ceremonies**:

- Protects the backlog by **focusing the team on the highest priority work and liaises with stakeholders to descope work** for the team that extends beyond their velocity for the sprint
- You utilise your **strong communication and ability to influence others** when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams, to achieve end to end outcomes.
- You represent the **voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmap**. You also keep this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong understanding of data and technical concepts (including data models).
- Understanding of Enterprise-wide data sources/systems
- Experience delivering or working on complex data initiatives
- Experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques
- Experience working with microservices and APIs desirable
- AML/CTF experience is preferred
