**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to care for participants in Eltham VIC, to be on our on-call roster. This is a role where you will be on an on-all basis attending to participants around Eltham VIC.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Care for intellectual
- Support aged care, NDIS and mental health clients
- Supporting people with daily living needs such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping and transportation to appointments
- Home caring visit to the clients homes to provide one on one care

**Skills and Experience**
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s License (P1 or above) and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Industry related qualification
- Experience with intellectual disabilities such as autism desirable but not essential

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
